- The project applies the RE-AIM (reach, effectiveness, adoption, implementation and maintenance) framework to evaluate the piloting of Schwartz Rounds in the HSE. Schwartz rounds are a well-established and evidence based multidisciplinary initiative, which aim to develop more compassionate and supportive cultures for staff to work in, and in doing so supporting improved healthcare outcomes for patients and service users.
